Las instalaciones y equipamientos están muy bien. Es adecuado para familias, los niños se divierten mucho en las albercas, y hay actividades para todas las edades. Donde hay una discrepancia notoria es en el trato del personal, algunos te tratan súper bien, muy amables, y otros muy indiferentes, mal capacitados o hasta de mala gana. Hay un reglamento sobre la vestimenta las albercas y si los huéspedes no lo cumplen, el personal no hace nada, y eso demerita las albercas mismas y la comodidad para estar ahí; hay mucha gente con ropa inadecuada (playeras que no son de licra, mezclilla y hasta ropa de vestir) dentro de la alberca. El menú de los bufetes es medio repetitivo, y cansa pronto, pero el sabor y calidad de los alimentos es excelente.

Elegimos el complejo "Granada" del CID, por mayor tranquilidad debido a que está más chico y forma parte de un Country Club que tiene muchas reglas, pero durante la noche-madrugada había demasiado ruido de trastes y carros donde trasladan loza y ropa sucia... Solicitamos cambio de habitación a una parte más tranquila y aunque si nos la asignaron, los colchones, almohadas y ropa de cama estaban en muy mal estado. Pagamos el plan "Todo incluido" pero la comida de los restaurantes para desayunar comer, no estaba buena ni había variedad considerable. Está en decadencia el CID.
