“Despite arriving around 3:00 a.m. due to a delayed flight and baggage delays, check-in was smooth thanks to the clear instructions sent in advance. Our two connecting rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did see a cockroach when we first entered the room, which was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise convenient stay.”

The staff communicate with the traveler efficiently and explain self check in procedure if they are to arrive after front desk hours. The property is super well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious, with super clean toilets and well functioning air conditioners and other amenities. Worth the stay every time…”

I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning. However, surprisingly 11am at my check out date they……

“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”
