“Fridge didn't cool, had to throw food away this morning. Ceiling fan and light would not turn off. Had to sleep with light on all night. Didn't notice until we were ready for bed at midnight. Not much sleep. Musty odor never went away. No coffee creamer. Bed's mediocre. Front door key was of no use because door knob didn't catch. We had to use the padlock every time we left and it was very hard to open.”

“The place is just as described. It is an adorable house situated in a pastoral setting. It was so peaceful. I would love to stay again.”

“Incredibly charming one of a kind experience, kids loved the woodland details and felt like stepping on to a movie set. Excellent host communication, we felt like guests in the true sense of the word.”

“Great stay and a very peaceful place.”

“They had hot water! The tub was great. The yurt was well stocked and supplied. Maybe bring a can of Raid? Wasps build nests fast but they were not aggressive and smoke from the grill also kept them away. 10/10”

“What a fantastic one night stay at Elf's Aerie. My daughter and I took my husband/her dad to this sweet little get away and had a great time. Honestly, it was wonderful just to sit outside and talk, play cards and have s'mores! The outdoor shower was a treat too. Surprisingly private and well taken care of. James was amazing at answering all of my questions. He immediately took care of the fact that there was a missing lighter and some fire starter when we got there. Which we were very grateful……

“Amazing property. So tranquil and relaxing, the kids had a great time fishing and enjoying the outdoor beach area. The host was fast with communication as well. The beds and pillows were also extremely comfortable, not your typical cheap ones that are at most VRBOs. Highly recommend and will be back! Thanks again!”
