And an added bonus is that there were no issues with heating/cooling the entire home or hot water issues. “Overall, the resort was good, but I was surprised by how spread out everything was. You have to drive almost everywhere within the resort. Our room was about 10 minutes away from the waterpark by car, and the activities were also located in different areas, so driving was necessary throughout the stay. The resort is very large, and the scenery is beautiful. The indoor and outdoor waterparks were amazing and were definitely the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, the food was not good, and……

“This property was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation! The owners responded very quickly to any texts we made. Check in was super easy, the owners gave us a code we could easily remember which is more helpful than you realize. The owners left lots of goodies for us including snacks, coffee, creamer, sweeteners, tea, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra paper goods, etc. The property includes lots of entertainment for all ages! “Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location of this home within Massanutten is also convenient. But the listing photos are either old, digitally enhanced, or both. The property is in desperate need of a thorough deep clean, to say the least. We were really disappointed to arrive and find that the property wasn’t nearly what was depicted in the photos, and definitely upset to have paid the rate that we did to stay here.
