Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement.

The staff were very welcoming. The lobby and elevator areas were decorated very nice. The room was nice and spacious. There was a train that came by around 1 am and again 3 am. Loud traffic from 75.
