Front desk Felicia was very helpful but unable to refund me since I booked on Expedia. The beds were so dirty and that was my limit. Stains all over the box springs and mattresses. Some on sheets. I ignored the bugs- alive and dead all over. Mud and tobacco being left behind by others. I am waiting for Expedia and the GM of Super 8 Cedar Falls to refund me since I stayed all of 1-2 hours trying to convince myself I could handle the unclean environments as I was 4 hours away from home. Left and cut my trip short because of this. I can’t say for certain there were bed bugs but i definitely saw what resembles it and I could not risk my own well being for this. I just want my money back.
