The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room they originally checked us into wasn't cleaned or ready. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately checked us into a different room and apologized profusely for the error. The room was clean & comfortable. We were very happy with everything.

Bathroom was clean and had what I needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was an issue. No food at 9:00 in the morning. Waited for hot food. Waited some more. Nothing. This has happened several other times we were there. No one seems to be working in the breakfast area.
