Sleeping arrangements for 18. PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS CLOSED FROM LABOR DAY TO MEMORIAL DAY. THE HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND. There are 5 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a king bed, 1 bedroom has 4 full/double beds that are bunks and 2 twin trundle beds...both of those rooms are on the main floor. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. There is also a loft with 2 twin beds above the living room. There are 15 beds all together. Master bedroom has 1 King bed, sleeps 2 A bunk room with 2 sets of full size bunk beds, each with a twin trundle = 6 beds, sleeps 10 Loft has a twin bed and a trundle, sleeps 2 Downstairs has 3 rooms, 2 have queen beds and 1 has 2 twin beds, sleeps 6 Main area downstairs has 1 twin bed with a twin trundle, sleeps 2 Amenities include: Heat/air WIFI T.V. Computer Large kitchen Coffee pot Keurig Wine cooler Washer Dryer Highchair Heated pool Hot tub Outdoor shower Outdoor seating Exercise bike Propane grill Pellet smoker Fire pit Outdoor swing Outdoor climbing rocks Plenty of parking for large trucks and trailers and a separate hook-up for a RV.
