"I wanted to give it 5 stars until my Stanley waterbottle was stolen by a staff member which was confirmed by Aurelia. The hotel itself is beautiful. Has everything you need and great location. Parking is free right outside the doors so no need to pay their prices. "

"The room was clean & tidy. I couldn't cool the room down unfortunately as the AC didn't seem to blow cold air but I just opened the window so it was OK. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was great!!! A very good selection! This hotel is very good if you are arriving in Milan via the central station as its about a 5-8 minute walk away. There did not seem to be much soundproofing of the rooms which is probably the only real complaint. Over all, I enjoyed my stay here."
