“We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse.
That property should not be advertised.”

“Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out. Lots of shops, coffee shops etc. There was a lot of noise unfortunately and the walls were pretty thin so a few times we got woken up very early by other guests talking to staff loudly at the crack……

“Overall, I had an excellent stay. The property was well maintained and I felt very safe. The location was convenient and only a 10 minute walk to the metro. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The check in process was easy, but I did arrive early and had to wait for access to my room at 3pm. Overall, a nice place to stay.”

“The room was kept very clean. Despite the extreme heat outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it a relief to return to the room. The location is excellent, with convenient public transport and easy access to anywhere. It is also very convenient as there is a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
On the first night, the guests next door (possibly a group) were having a big party with loud music. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even past midnight. However,……
