Everything was fabulous!

Would have given this 3 stars if it weren’t priced and advertised as a 5 star hotel. The rooms are absurdly small and poorly designed for their small size, making the space uncomfortable and unusable. The showers flood in an unpleasant way, leaving cold water pooling at your feet the entire time you shower (which is also unsanitary in a shared space). When we arrived, there were multiple stains and weird mucky stuff on our headboard (looked like peanut butter or something but I don’t even want to know), showing that it had not been cleaned since the last guest. The sound insulation is the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. You can hear every word of conversations in adjoining rooms and in the hallway, so there is no privacy. The patio of the bar is right next to the rooms and when people are being loud out there, it is like you have a group of people screaming inside of your room for hours. I was in disbelief over how loud it was and when I called the hotel about it they just said yes it gets rowdy out there. They cleaned our room once in a 4 night stay and only do daily cleans if you request them (okay but odd for the price of this hotel). Overall very disappointed and extremely lacking in comparison to similarly priced hotels. They need to do major renovations on the sound insulation and redesign the rooms.
