“Firstly I would like to mention that the communication with the staff was likely good but in overall really bad. You had to collect the keys in a different place in a box with the code provided, and walk 15 mins to go at the place. Our room number was 409 which the quality was so bad, old furniture all around, some appliances so old when you can think not functional apart the coffee machine. The bathroom very old and the box shower not clean properly - looked so dirty, so black all around. No……

“Unser Aufenthalt in der Residence war eine große Freude. Wir sind insgesamt drei bis vier Nächte dort geblieben und waren besonders von der perfekten, sehr zentralen Lage begeistert – nahezu alles war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Besonders positiv war, wie verständnisvoll und unkompliziert sie auf unsere verspätete Ankunft reagiert haben. Obwohl es bereits spät war, konnten wir sie problemlos erreichen und sie waren……

“Sehr schön eingerichtes Zimmer mit Balkon. Kleine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und Equipment vorhanden. Kommunikation sowie Check In und Out liefen reibungslos ab. Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Parkplatz, da die Straßen sehr eng sind. Auf Empfehlung der Gastgeberin jedoch einen Parkplatz 5min weiter weg gefunden.”
