"This is an upscale hotel; located in a nice part of Tangier. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, the rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was pretty good too. Only issue was that they seem to have hiccups with technology. The TV didn't allow me to connect to my laptop. That was a slight bummer. The main issue was around the room keys. I had to go down 4 times to get my key card reset. Each time the front desk person smiled and said "no problem". Well, one time in no problem, two times is annoying but ok... no problem. Four times, you have a problem and I'm annoyed. I suspect this is an ongoing issue for them. I'll still give them 5 stars but with an asterisk."

"The staff at this Fairmont were all so friendly and accommodating. Overall the property is beautiful but the hallways and rooms were not as clean as I would expect for a Fairmont. But the service and food quality outweighed any concerns about cleanliness."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the facilities that they offered such as the pool. The breakfast was exceptional, and we had a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff were very polite; however, we had an issue with the water not passing in the tub and had to raise the issue twice. The water would also suddenly lose pressure and change to either being too hot or cold. This was not resolved despite us raising it 3 times with the reception staff, and this can pose a serious risk of burning."

"Breakfast was excellent and the staff were superb. Our only issue was our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The location was great although with suitcases it’s a bit of a trek from where you get dropped off. However, the clerk at the hotel took all our suitcase when we departed to where our taxi picked us up"
