The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa and offers a bedroom with a double and single bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Three balconies provide different views of the garden, terrace and surroundings. The accommodation is modern equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine (communal) and baby bed on request. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The villa is located in a quiet, green environment, ideal for relaxing and family holidays. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and the beach are within a few minutes' walk. Leisure activities in the area range from water sports, boat trips and cycling to tennis, horse riding and golf, as well as visits to nature parks, museums and historical sites.
