The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet, sunny and secluded location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and a porch swing. Garden kitchen. **Holiday resort** National category 4 stars. **Location** Pomer. The villa is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking is available in a carport and on the property. **Special** Air conditioning, heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite. For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit. **Pool** All pools are available for your exclusive use.
