"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. "The hotel was near the airport and we had a very brief stay in the area. Staff were friendly in the dining room. It was difficult when we arrived very late (11.30 pm) after delays with aircraft, to manage the check in. The hotel was excellently clean. It reminds me of a similar type of accommodation in UK - Premier Inn."

"I stay here regularly for visits to our office, the location is moments from the A1 motorway with plenty of parking. Now that the restaurant is open there is a nice breakfast and lunch option. There is plenty of parking with many high power EV charging points. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and comfortable. If you need accommodation in the area I fully recommend it."
