With three queen bedrooms, it sleeps six and features split system heating and cooling. The upper floor has open-plan living, kitchen, dining, bathroom, laundry, and a bedroom, while downstairs offers two more bedrooms and a shower room. Outside, enjoy decks and a terrace. Just minutes from Rye shops and near beaches, wineries, golf, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not: Included: Linen: • Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets) • One bath towel per person. • Hand towels in the bathroom • T towels for the kitchen A starter pack in including: • 4 x toilet roles per toilet • Hand soap • Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided) • Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes What is not included: • Flat sheets • Beach or pool towels • Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods. • Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables. • Face clothes/washers • Shampoo and conditioner. • Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable. IMPORTANT: This property is strictly NO smoking. A smoke alarm is present and if triggered the fire brigade will be called to attend. Any Penalties charged for smoking in the premises are charged to the guest.
