Heritage building located on prestigious Paris-end, surrounded by designer boutiques, cafes, fine dining, art galleries, and theatres. You will be based in the middle of it all. Lune Croissanterie, Chanel, Hosier Lane within 20 meters. Next door to Gimlet rest. To consider: There is no car park - many paying car parks available within a min walk. (ie. Wilson Grand Hyatt) The second bedroom is a study conversion of small size. Would probably not be recommendable for long stays. Please note that all bookings will be subject to a review process, which includes the verification of guest identification and payment details before confirmation can be provided. \- Baby cot can be hired from $5 per night \- To maintain good standards for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but, we feel it makes sense for all to state the following conditions: \- Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay. \- Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. \- Guests will be charged $150 if keys are not returned. \- The owners take no responsibility for the Guests personal property. \- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property -
