Make your home in the heart of exciting and diverse Richmond, just 5km from the CBD, with an incredible selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment at your fingertips, as well as a wealth of parks, gardens, and riverside attractions. This apartment also has facilities, including a gym, a yoga studio, and three rooftop “sky garden” entertainment terraces with jacuzzi and BBQ facilities, making it the perfect space for relaxing at the end of the day.

The space
Immerse yourself in this two-bedroom apartment in a secure building.
Entering the apartment, walk down the hallway into the open-plan living and dining area, which has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and two immaculate bedrooms.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are fitted with very comfortable queen-sized beds and topped with hotel-quality linen you can sink into. They are professionally cleaned after every stay. You're also supplied with a set of fresh bath towels and hand towels.

Living Room:
Relax on the comfortable couch in front of a large 32" LED LCD TV, complete with Netflix and Youtube

Balcony:
Soak up Melbourne's four-seasons-in-a-day weather! From the lounge room, you can access the spacious balcony.

Smoking's permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed. A little outdoor setting is also provided for you to enjoy the space in comfort.

Kitchen:
Our well-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, cooktop, cooking utensils, appliances (microwave, kettle, and toaster), a fridge and basic pantry supplies – for those times when you just want a break from Melbourne's amazing cuisines and have a hearty home-cooked meal.

Bathroom:
The spacious, well-lit bathroom has a generous-sized shower. It is stocked with complimentary consumables and toiletries to use for your stay

Laundry:
Our Laundry, has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Laundry liquid is available for you to use...so you can catch up on your laundry before you head home.

FREE PARKING in the secure car park located in the building. Wide clearance and easily accessible.

Guest access
Two sets of keys will be made available to you via a secure key safe. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself in.

There are no shared amenities; the entire apartment is all yours to enjoy.

The sauna and steam are in the gym area. BBQ facilities are on level 7 of the sky garden and are shared with the other building residents.

There is a $150 deposit to grant access to the hot tub, cinema, games room, lounge, bar, etc., which is required upon arrival for the amenity booking.
