El servicio definitivamente es 10/10; todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a hacer que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. My fiance and I loved everything about Las Lagunas! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with drinks and a warm welcome from Brayan. Breakfast every morning with Elmer serving us was great. He was very friendly, personable, and made sure to say goodbye to us before we left. Drinks from Hector tasted amazing! He was also very friendly, personable, and helped us source local items to take home. Our tour guide Sergio was awesome and knowledgeable! We enjoyed having him for both of the tours we did. The food was everything we hoped for as well. Every person we spoke to while there was friendly. The pool was so relaxing, as well as the spa area which we had all to ourselves. We will absolutely be back!!
