“Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. ”

“We had an excellent stay for 5 nights at Batis Beach Hotel. Our room had two balconies, and one had a partial view of the beach. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and it's located close to many restaurants and shops. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, but it was great. Fresh cooked eggs with yogurt, fruit, and breads. The room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions! “Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed……

“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. “Das gebuchte Zimmer verfügte über keinen Balkon, jedoch war ein dekorativer "Fake-Balkon" vorhanden. Leider war es uns aufgrund der Höhe von ca. 3 Metern nicht möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen, weshalb es permanent geöffnet blieb. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte alle zwei Tage und war stets tadellos. Lediglich der Duschvorhang wies eine leichte Undichtigkeit auf, was dazu führte, dass der Boden und die Vorleger nach dem Duschen nass wurden. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist……
