Went for a show at the Apollo. Easy walk from hotel. Great restaurant and front desk staff. Wonderfully spacious and modern room. I would return.

Lovely hotel, brilliant service, only thing that wasn’t great was the pressure in the shower.

The interiors are warm and cosy, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant is a treat; the food is lovely and well-prepared, though it does come at a slightly premium price. However, there are a few areas that prevent me from giving this hotel top marks. The single-glazed windows mean that noise can be an issue, especially during events like the Christmas market. Additionally, I noticed stains on towels and bedding, which detracted from the overall sense of cleanliness. Finally, while the staff were friendly, they seemed inexperienced, resulting in service that felt average rather than exceptional. Overall, the Ensana Crescent Hotel has a lot to offer, particularly for those seeking a spa-focused getaway, but there’s room for improvement in terms of maintenance and service quality.

At the time of writing the review I hadnt had breakfast. The rooms are modern and very clean. I thought the bed & pillow were hard but everyone is different. The coffee machine was tempremental, maybe put more coffee& tea bags so we can use the good old traditional kettle.

The hotel was nice and welcomed us and our dog.
