"An excellent summer getaway in the Pyrenees mountains — perfect for stargazing and relaxing near streams and natural water fountains. Just a 20-minute drive from Andorra town centre on the Spanish side. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delightful."

Due to a mishap with our bus we got to the hotel very late, the receptionist was extremely helpful and tried to get us a taxi and stayed late to let us in. The breakfast was simple but nice and included in the price of the stay.

Loved this place. The views from floor -3 and up are epic. The Pub and breakfast staff are amazing, but especially Nico and Josefina.
All of the women at the front desk are especially helpful.
The only con was that a bees nest was hidden in the panels outside our windows and there are no a/c or screens (nets) so we had to pick stuffy room or several bees. We moved rooms later in the stay and had zero issues with this however.

Nice hotel located out of the hustle and rush of Andorra. Restaurant food was good and front desk staff was helpful.
One negative thing that did occur is after dinner, we sat in the bar area at one of the tables. Not a soul approached to offer service, which we found to be quite disheartening considering the experience up to that point. After waiting 25 minutes, and simply being stared by the staff, we just went to our room.

Breakfast is wonderful and we highly recommend having dinners at the hotel which are like a luxury restaurant with local seasonal ingredients right at your “home”. This is a special place - highly recommend.

Our favorite hotel in Andorra, quiet and a great value. The rooms are modern with high quality decor. The location is centric but hotel parking is limited and tight. Public parking is 2 minutes walk away and spacious. We stayed here numerous times and will come back soon.

The staff was extremely friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The premises have been recently renovated, and the old quarters for railroad employees offer now a very welcoming stay to the travelers. The showers are outstanding for a hotel this category.
Even though they are not a restaurant per se, since all restaurants in town are closed for dinner, they came up with great dishes for the residents.
