Newly furnished in the best villa area in Meran Obermais, surrounded by meadows and apple trees. The city center of Merano can be reached in a few minutes by car or on a beautiful walk in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in Merano Obermais and the beautiful center of the spa town is in the immediate vicinity. The Botanic Gardens and the Touriseum of Trauttmansdorff Castle can be easily reached via the Sissi Way. The public outdoor pool of Scena is in sight. From the bus stop 5 minutes away, many places of interest can be visited. For excursions, the extensive hiking area Meran 2000 attracts. The cycle path to the Passeiertal is only a few hundred meters away. For 2-4 persons are available 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a large open living space consisting of: living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchenette and a covered balcony. Guests can park on a private parking space in front of the house. The apartment in the 2\. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Georg en Maria in het ruime, lichtrijke appartement boven hun woning. Met zicht op de bergen stonden we op en gingen we slapen. Je zit dicht bij het stadscentrum van Meran met haar beroemde thermen, maar je zit ook vlakbij de typische 'waalwegen' (zoek maar eens op!). Zowel makkelijke als wat uitdagendere wandelingen zijn talrijk voorhanden. Een 10/10 als je het ons vraagt. Der beeindruckende Panoramablick vom gemütlichen Sofa im Wohn / Essbereich oder vom Balkon der Ferienwohnung, rechtfertigt den etwas ansteigenden Spaziergang von der Bushaltestelle Lazag in jedem Fall. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar und zeigten sich herzlich bemüht. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Berge, der Wohnbereich mit Küche mehr als ausreichend für 4 Personen. Top Schlafzimmer und geräumiges Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Maria und Georg. 😀 Besonders schön, war auch,dass die Südtirol Card in der Buchung inkludiert ist und wir die Öffis kostenlos nutzen konnten. Ist auch nur zu empfehlen, da man so viel besser überall hin kommt und das Auto stehen lassen kann. Gleich um die Ecke ist eine Bushaltestelle. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Georg und Maria sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sie waren jederzeit erreichbar. Auch für unsere Kinder (1 und 3 Jahre) war alles vorhanden. Herzlichen Dank. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Durch die Gästekarte ist der ÖPNV kostenlos. Allerdings fehlte auf dem Toaster ein Brötchenaufsatz um Brötchen vom Vortag aufzubacken. Skifahren, wandern, Ausflüge in die benachbarten Städte und Dörfer, Spaziergänge in Meran, die wundervolle Therme etc. - und nicht zu vergessen, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem, was es braucht, um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch! Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen, Meran ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
