The property is under construction or remodeling. They don’t have laundry service. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to get anybody to answer the phone. The room didn’t get clean for hours lack of staff lack of amenities no coffee. No microwave no water! Very bad service very bad, catering to customers. Apparently they want you to spend all your money on the floor vendors but then you don’t have any money left to spend in the casino. The prices are outrageous for large cup of coffee at starcraps it’s $12. I hope when they finish, they improve everything but for right now not the very best hotel to stay at, it seems like Vegas is no longer Vegas just a regular hotel resort fees. I don’t know what that pays for.

Did not like that there was no airport shuttle.

Great to have a spacious 1 bedroom casita w/ full kitchen and laundry and be with in 15min to Strip and Fremont.

Quiet rooms. Lid on toilet seat in room was on the floor of the bathroom, tried to call front desk and could only get the virtual agent maze. Pools were great but would have liked the option for night swimming since it was over 100 degrees outside. Any chair by the pool that had any shade was an extra fee and or ordering a non alcoholic 12 oz slushie was $20. Be sure to check the bill at checkout. The snacks and extras are connected to sensors so if you remove or bump them they are automatically charged overall good but plan on extra du da for just about everything.

The room was out dated, the faucet fell apart, The front desk personnel weren't enthusiastic in welcoming their guests, family pool was small and dirty.
