"We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The pool was very clean and also cleaned during our stay. We had a great welcome. There are fantastic views across the valley to the mountains - we were treated to a pair of eagles every day and encountered a beautiful stag on one of our night time drives back to the villa. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Spent a beautiful week with our family, including 6 grandchildren celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary. Had their recommended chef cook for us 4 evenings which was a real bonus. Amazing food. Upstairs rooms only suitable for children rather than adults. Trampoline a little worry, as no safety net. Highly recommend everything."

Loads to visit in the area too - quite stunning scenery around there that i hadn't appreciated was the case. So, yes, all in all, great. In fact i wish I were still there...."

"Un posto bellissimo!!!! Una vera bomboniera. Le foto dell'annuncio sono assolutamente veritiere. La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. I proprietari passano la mattina per la manutenzione del giardino(curatissimo) ma sono discreti e gentili( ci hanno portato le uova fresche del loro pollaio).🤣 Una location...

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."

"The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"

"Schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Fabriano, mit einem SUV gut zu erreichen. Paolo kümmert sich regelmäßig um den Pool.Die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Küchenausstattung ist top, ebenfalls gibt es eine bequeme Couch. Die Überdachung vor dem Haus mit Tisch und Bänken ist bei einem etwaigen Regenschauer oder für einen Vollschatten sehr gut zu nutzen. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft."
