Places literally across the tracks on the wrong side
The house is literally on the wrong side of the tracks
It’s on a small dead end street. The houses across the street are falling apart. with some windows, not even boarded up
I was in fear that our house and/or car was going to be broken into this is not a pleasant neighborhood.
House is old and in need of significant repairs
I wandered into the back porch and I was actually afraid that it was going to collapse The cement stares outside or steep, and the railing is crooked.
In all fairness the people downstairs… yes it was an upstairs and downstairs… told us that the owners were very receptive and that when he had a problem they came and helped them out immediately
This was far from what I expected, especially given the substantial price of the rental.
