"We just received our credit card statement, and it has a charge for $200. Which WAS NOT authorized. We gave them our credit card upon check in for a deposit only, but she charged us for a tour. They told us that the mom would show us 2 rooms after breakfast. The same 2 rooms that we already saw, and we defiantly did not authorize to pay for a tour of the room we stayed in. The room we had was absolutely dirty. The air conditioner was unusable for the fear of getting sick from the mold and dirt. There was mold in the laundry basket. The TV did not shut off. The bedroom door could only be locked from the inside, so we have to leave the room unlocked when we left the room, taking our belonging us with for the evening. The room was used for storage so we could not even walk around the bed. The grandson who served breakfast was in his pajamas without shoes was discussing. Not to mention, they required payment up front (not what Expedia had when we booked.) Plus, charging a fee to process the payment. So we were changed more then the amount on Expedia when we booked. "
