“I didn't like the housekeeping part.I left the room at 1030am. Told the lady at the front desk the toilet was broken.And we also told housekeeping we needed room service and towels.Came back round 8pm.The bed wassnt made up at all.And there were no towels in the room. I had to go down stairs and ask for more towels and tissues...I am very disappointed at the housekeeping staff.”

“I booked 3 rooms for a family reunion and 1 was supposed to be a handicap, well upon arrival they didn't have any. Which meant we had to leave to get a room that was better equipped to help us (had to pay) and the hotel nor Expedia were willing to refund any of the money for the night we didn't stay there, not to mention one room had absolutely no running water had to be switched i should of known better as soon as I walked in to check in and was met with a smell at the front desk. Bobbie was an excellent host, cooked a delicious breakfast and gave us a great personalized tour. We look forward to returning to this beautiful estate on our next visit.”

We learned so much about the history in Mississippi and how Natchez, MS played a huge portion of Mississippi history. We learned that the Greg Iles books portrayed an accurate account of some of the real-life events that happened in that area.”

“First of all, I tried to call front desk: No answer. Secondly, the internet strength was weak. Furthermore, the toilet pressure is weak and the heat of water while taking a shower is just lukewarm. I had to ask for fresh towels on my second day. Moreover, BOTH of my key cards DID NOT work the second day when I returned with hot food. I was highly upset when I had to return to the front desk to get them reset. Finally, while check out is at 11, the housekeeping barely knocked on the door at 10……

“Property needs to be torn down. Staff was rude and unavailable when needed. Door locks and rooms need to be updated.”

“I had a nice size room. I made reservations for 2 queen beds. I had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. I requested a cot. It was after midnight after requesting a cot for the 2nd time that I finally got it. The breakfast was minimal. Overall everything was ok.”
