"We were surprised by the check in process. You have to collect your keys quite far from the apartment. So plan for a delay to use transit or a two-way taxi fare. The apartment was dirty. Mould in the closet. The beds were terrible (one like an air mattress & the other was hard as a board). The pillows were so used they were hard packed. The air freshener system is needed because a sewage smell came from one bathroom. The photos used to advertise the unit were not the same as the unit we stayed..."

"It was impossible to have to go far away from the apartment to “register”, and only get instructions to get keys who then still were a block away from the apartment, in a lockbox that was hidden in an area behind two doors (not exaggerating), and nobody explained that there were two different codes -one to get behind the doors, then another one (that they forgot to tell us!) to open the lockbox to the key….. We finally got in, only to find someone working on a broken bathroom door… it was cold..."

"Very helpful staff especially the bar man For a fairly new hotel the showers already having a mould problem means it will be rundown very soon. Rooms were nice and clean but the staff failed to replace adequate tea and coffee and it had to be requested. This is not acceptable considering the cost ..."
