A fabulous experience. The hotel was everything and more, The breakfast had a very nice selection something for everyone, the hotel itself was amazing snd the staff was incredible, so kind and always made sure we had everything always ready to help.

The hotel was very nice. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was quite classy and the beds especially the pillows were so comfy. The staff were very polite. I would definitely recommend Warwick hotel.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel with stunning spacious rooms and bathrooms which are very luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and provide a fantastic nights sleep. The hotel is very close to a large mall so there are plenty of dining options but other places are also not very far away with a taxi. The beach and pool area is very nice
However the service was a let down. We stayed over the Easter holidays and the hotel was clearly at full capacity but the staff could not cope. Breakfast was a complete mess with the staff not clearly being able to cope with the number of guests in the hotel, orders were late, items were missed off and despite asking for an item multiple times it was still not delivered and this happened on multiple days, tables were dirty and messy and generally was a very poor dining experience.
The pool area was extremely crowded with not enough sunbeds for both the pool and the beach area which is not great for a hotel of this standard where guests are coming to relax and to enjoy the beach and pool but there is nowhere for them to sit. The service beachside was very poor, again staff could not cope with the number of guests with orders arriving very late after having to chase and again items being missed off. On weekends you get people coming for the day to use the facilities which adds to the problems even more when the hotel is already at full capacity with staying guests.
