Staff did not make me wait a second but gave me the room key, took my reservation information and said that they would contact Expedia and call me. 15 minutes later I received an email from Expedia and a call from the front desk that everything was taken care of. Great customer from both Expedia and the hotel staff. They truly went the extra “mile” to make my stay fantastic!"
