In the heart of the village of Mesquer, this large comfortable house, surrounded by a 1000m² totally enclosed and secure garden, will offer you an ideal starting point to discover the Guérande peninsula and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Mesquer and Quimiac during your family holidays or with friends.

It comprises:
On the first floor, an open and equipped kitchen opening onto a large bright living room, opening onto the terrace. On the other side of the house, a small living room for a quiet break (recreational reading, board games). A 2nd kitchen with washing machine.

5 bedrooms with new and comfortable bedding:
1 on the first floor overlooking the front garden of the house (King size bed 180x200),
Upstairs:
2 bedrooms with twin beds (90x190) that can be joined to make two cleaning rooms.
1 bedroom with a pull-out bed (90x190) (2 people)
1 bedroom with trundle bed (90x190) (2 people) and baby bed.

Possibility of a 6th bedroom in the small independent living room thanks to a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.

Two bathrooms redone in 2022: one on the first floor with shower, the other upstairs with bathtub.

You will spend pleasant moments in the garden, thanks to the deckchairs, tables and chairs, barbecue and children's swing.

Baby equipment is available (changing table, high chair, deckchair, extra travel cot...) according to your needs. Beach games and indoor games (construction games, puzzles, dolls, board games) are also available.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals for various practical reasons.

A few metres from the house, the Kernilly pedestrian path is the starting point for the charming oyster port of Kercabellec, the beach of Sorlock and the tip of Merquel (Quimiac).
The Mès basin also offers beautiful excursions through the salt marshes.
Nearby, you can discover the ports and seaside resorts of Piriac, La Turballe, La Baule, Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, as well as the fortified town of Guérande.

A flat rate of 100 € for cleaning is required.
