I’ve just returned from a week-long stay and, overall, we had a lovely time. The hotel is very modern, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. We spent many days up there and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good; there wasn’t a huge amount of choice, but we always found something we liked. There were, however, a few things that could have been better. The plugs either side of the bed didn’t really work, and our air-conditioning unit was leaking water. We were also given an accessible room, but unfortunately the shower head wouldn’t stay up, so it wasn’t the most relaxing shower. We had to ask for the shower gel and soap to be refilled, and even when we returned around 3–4pm, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. On our final day, we experienced numerous power cuts and weren’t given much information, only finding out what was happening after going to reception to ask. The rooftop pool was lovely, although the bar doesn’t open until around 1–2pm. Naturally, we bought water and snacks to take up before it opened. Once it did open, the staff were a little abrupt when we touched a bottle of water, telling us we couldn’t drink it. I found this slightly rude, as I would have ordered drinks from the bar if it had opened earlier. The location is perfect, around a 10-minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants and ferry port, with a bus stop very close by. Overall, we had a lovely stay and the hotel has a lot going for it.

Staff were really helpful in solving an issue outside of management’s control (construction drilling noise in nearby building), and moved us without delay. Fantastic property, very clean, exceptional balcony, large room, and a well-sized communal pool. Would recommend!

The hotel was great, the 3 person room was spacious with a great balcony with a view of the sea and sunset and a large bathroom. The beds were so comfy we had a great sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and we would happily return. The restaurants on site had great food and large portions. Also great breakfast selection and plenty of space in the restaurant or terrace. Spa was great, we had the hamam and it was as good as it was in Turkey. Went for a boat trip, the pick-up was close to the hotel which was amazing and so worth it. The only downs I would give the hotel would be regarding the signage around the hotel - when we were staying they were doing some works next to the pools and also there was some filming done around the hotel so some paths were closed and we had to go around. The issue is that the 4 buildings of the hotel look almost the same and the signage was not large enough or clear enough so we ended up lost and going in circles and we've seen many other guests doing the same. Another one would be that even though housekeeping would come everyday and the room was clean, the bedsheets have not been changed at all during our 6 nights stay which I would have like to have it done at least once. Also a few more hooks for hanging stuff in the bathroom would be great as I mentioned, there were 3 of us and we found we didn't have enough space to hang all the towels to dry. And a clothes airer on the balcony for wet bathing suits would be the cherry on top.

The best choice I made this trip was staying at this hotel! Free parking, attached to a mall, beautiful amenities
