The location is great - really close to train stations as well as the oldest street market in Seoul. Staff was very good; they helped us get taxis a few times within minutes (taxis are very cheap in Seoul). And they clean the room and provide water bottles daily. The wifi worked well, the AC was cold, and there were USB and two-pronged outlets compatible with US devices. Hotel was quiet inside even though busy and lots going on outside. The room is basic but very comfortable and has a fridge and hot/cold water device. There is then shared amenities such as a coffee machine which was excellent. Special mention to Jun who gave me his own personal milk as I didnt realise there was none and had to buy some.
