Condo is located in Sian Oceanfront Condos, steps to the beach!! We are within reach of the famous Hollywood Broadwalk. The spacious Condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths sleeps 6 (including 4 adults). It is fully furnished and offers all the houseware you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen.
Resort style living with heated pool and beach access. Amenities include business center, pool table, fitness center, 24 hour valet parking and concierge.
Restaurants, Coffee shops & shopping within walking distance.
High-end shopping at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall - 15 minutes drive

The unit was nice and well stocked with beach supplies. It was clean and neat. The property itself was under major renovations so during the week theres alot of noise, and foot traffic on the property, but the unit itself was nice. Would stay again.

Best weekend getaway spot!

Out stay was outstanding! Check-in process was so easy and the condo was just as described. The communication with the owner was easy and helpful. The location was perfect, we walked to a lot of the hot spots in Hollywood beach, but grabbing an uber was easy. The best part is the owner provided beach towel, chairs, coolers and much more! We didn’t have to bring a think. Can’t say enough positive things about this place - will definitely book again!

This place is amazing. It was the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed. Also the parking was super cheap and the valet was really fast.

Quick Getaway from the Cold

Our stay was short, but most delightful. The accommodations were sensational and the host was extremely responsive and kind. The apartment was well equipped, very spacious, and well located. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Access to the beach was perfect and glorious. I would stay here again in a hearbeat.

Perfect location

Great central location on beach close to airport and hard rock stadium. We were able to walk for coffee and dinners. Host provided beach towels and chairs which was appreciated when flying.

Pre-Cruise Stay

We lucked out with this condo right on the beach! We were able to enjoy the pool and had easy beach access that was steps away. The condo was bigger than I was expecting! We had more than enough space for the four of us and having the beach chairs and sand toys was a bonus! Being on the corner of a busy street was noisy at night but other than that the place was great!

The Apt was very comfortable, we enjoyed the balcony immensely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Having the beach towels for the pool was great.

We spent several days relaxing on the beach. The beach was just outside the pool gate, very convenient. The unit had chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and towels that were needed for a relaxing day. The property manager was attentive and easy to reach.

The condo was perfect!!! The location was great, right next to the beach. Our host had everything we needed in the unit and was sure to check in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. Perfect relaxing family vacation!

The condo is just what a small family needs, and is located centrally along the coast such that you can just as easily go south to Miami Beach as you can go north to Ft Lauderdale! If you decide to...there's plenty to do close by anyway. The beach is an easy few steps and the pool is a nice place to cool off. The host was great all through the process. We'd definitely go back!

Condo was exactly as listed and was perfect for our family. Great location, beach access, and pool were an added bonus. Everything you need for a day at the beach can be found in the front closet. Mylene was so sweet to work with and we were very happy with everything.

Beautiful Condo in High rise building

Mylene was very responsive and easy to contact. Condo was very clean and interior photos were very accurate. You have to use a valet for your car but generally the service was pretty quick. Only concern is that the condo is in a 20 story building which was not identified in the listing. There are three very small elevators however one appeared to be permanently disabled and on our checkin day one of the two remaining was out of order. Beach was a quick walk. The Condos chaise lounges are not available on the beach. Only the pool.Beach was crowded but beautiful

Lovely property!

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The location is perfect and the property was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms (well, 1.5) was really helpful. The apartment was easy to get in and out of and parking was a breeze. The pool area was lovely and not too crowded, and the beach is right there. The only thing I wish were different is that the 2nd bedroom has an open top wall over the doors, so it's not soundproof with the rest of the unit. That was a little bit challenging since our two kids were sleeping in that room. I think I missed that when I was booking the property. Otherwise, perfect property and Mylene was a great host. We would stay there again!
