The place is under new management and is definitely changing for the better. Might take to bear the journey but the team there are definitely kind to the guests, and location is on point!!

The location and price for this hotel is excellent. I just wish it was better maintained and the pool was clean. If the pool was clean and the pool area was better maintained then this hotel would be the best in town.

For the price it is a good spot, walking distance to south beach and good restaurants Was surprised to see 30 bucks extra per day for a towel and swim pool, use it or not. So the daily price would be room price plus the 30 bucks.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 5 days, our first room water pressure was super low so we were switched to another room with no problem & everything was perfect after that, clean room, nice pool, secure building & good area. They even allowed a late checkout for us. Would definitely recommend.

The room was very spacious. The bed was super comfy. The staff was very polite/friendly. What I loved most. The closeness to EVERYTHING. Especially the beach. I'm a little bummed that it rain both days of my stay. I did get a quick visit to the beach. Before the rain on Sunday afternoon. This hotel is a hidden gem.

Access from this hotel was great if you don’t mind being further up north of fifth which is where all the craziness is I like being across from the Ritz and Lowe’s hotel, where I could go work and I could book a day pass through ResortPass staff was friendly. The new owner was amazing. He’s going to do great things with this property already made big changes when I was there. I would definitely recommend staying here. There’s a pool there’s a community kitchen, which is need some cleanup, but overall it’s OK.

The bathroom door would not close and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper to get by. The air conditioning was good and so was the bed but the outside carpet doesn’t smell the best. It’s located in a good area but needs some work.
