We had to walk up thirty stairs to the top room which was claustrophobic and the bed was very high. The toilet system was very loud. My partner couldn’t get into the shower as she is on the large size and struggled with the stairs which did not have a proper banister. We checked out two days early as she couldn’t cope with the stairs and the room and we are awaiting a refund for those two days.

I really enjoyed my time at the Cresselly Inn. Accommodation, food, staff and bar all top drawer. I would highly recommend the Cresselly Inn.

We didn’t like the fact that there was no one on site to talk to. We didn’t get fresh towels even though we stayed for 6 nights. The TV in the bedroom was broken and some of the cutlery was dirty. At the end of the stay we had to take all our rubbish to bins at the end of the street. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

"Carpet in room had 2 large stains apart from that it was nice. Felt quite judged by the staff upon our stay as if we were not worthy of staying there. I was treating my girlfriend for a nice quiet weekend away and didn't feel very welcome there by the staff. Don't quite feel the price of our room ..."
