Experience the convenience two full bathrooms and everything you need on one level – no stairs to climb. Relax on the living room's comfortable seating and take in the tasteful décor with pops of cheerful bright colors. The space is light and bright! View the ROKU TV with your own streaming subscriptions. You'll also find extra sleeping space here in the form of a queen-size blow-up mattress. In the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, take advantage of every chef's preference – a gas stove in the convenient kitchen island. Within the unique rustic, modern farmhouse design, you'll find everything you need – from coffee station to toaster and blender. You'll love the convenience of the washer/dryer tucked into a closet off the kitchen area. When it's time to sleep, choose from four bedrooms. You'll be amazed at the storage options in each room. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, storage armoire, and ceiling fan, accompanied by comforting bed linens, pops of color, and convenient USB lamps. Bedroom 2 is bright and sunny with a sunshine linen motif on the queen bed. This room also provides a large storage armoire. This is very frustrating when we're already paying a sizable cleaning fee that is clearly not being used effectively.Then there were some additional issues with amenities that were missing: the blender did not work when we arrived. And there were no measuring cups (dry or liquid), which we were told would be present).The toilet stopped working one day and we had to wait overnight for a plumber to come out. During that time we found out that they've had a lot of problems at the property including furnace and the same plumbing issue only a year prior which I guess the underlying issue (roots in the sewage line), have not been fixed.And then there were a lot of strange things done wrong/not prepped correctly that made the stay worse: the nightstand I had was not assembled correctly -- the top lid would just pop right off if lifted at all. When I first arrived, the shower arm flange in the guest bathroom was pulled away from the wall, revealing a large hole into the wall. This fit the bill: close to the beach, shopping, and 1.5 hours from all travelers. The house is about 3.5 blocks from the beach. The beach was awesome - clean soft sand, and great waves. This was a great draw for our teens.The house it self was a good place for playing games, and enough bedrooms for our whole family (including our son’s dog). It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The beds are comfortable, beach towels provided, among many other things provided, it was really appreciated so that we didn't have to pack more. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, the hot tub was wonderful. The only thing that was disappointing was we were unable to enjoy the game room/garage because of the temperature.
