When I complained to the reservations staff about this, they were completely unapologetic, claiming that a text on the day of my arrival was sufficient and that the hotel and restaurtant were completely separate. I was very disappointed -- especailly having been best man at a wedding reception held at the hotel some years ago. I don't intend to go back. I am 81 years old and have travelled extensively throughout the world.
