This was a very nice hotel without being extravagant. The rooms were cute, the balcony/seating deck was a great bonus. Pool was clean and nice, as well as the fitness room. And the free breakfast was good. That plus friendly and helpful staff made us decide to stay a 2nd night.

Great Staff, and great breakfast. My only complaint is I wish there was more lighting in the rooms. It’s a great location though. Super close to the ferry if you’re planning on going into NYC at all.

The pool was lovely. Property is well kept and clean. The lobby did smell like dog poop which made me nervous but I didn't hang around there too long and it is a pet friendly hotel so that is excusable. The breakfast was ok for continental breakfast. Mainly the cleanliness of the hotel was most important and it was a nice stay overall.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Was in town for one night only for a friends movie premier and wanted a safe, clean and convenient place to stay. There was parking, Room was spacious and clean, and although I did not have time to use the pool it looked very nice and well maintained.
