"We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea....

Beautiful villa in fabulous location in centre of town which was a hidden gem with numerous excellent restaurants and a huge market on Wednesday mornings. Great base for exploring the area and lots of different spots to sit and hang out including a delightful terrace. "The house is so nice. The pool, the inside, the bathroom, sleeping room. Everything is so clean. From the amazing beach only 3 minutes away. The kitchen is so nice. We had the most wonderful time and also extended our stay :) Thanks a lot to the owner for everything and also for the drinks in the refrigerator when we arrived. We would love to come back."

"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"La proprietà è incantevole, molto silenziosa e in posizione dominante che consente di godere di un bel panorama e di albe e tramonti. Gli spazi esterni, il giardino e la piscina sono straordinari e molto ben attrezzati. Abbiamo gustato i fichi zuccherini di uno dei diversi alberi presenti nel giardino. Nel periodo di nostra permanenza, la bella piscina è stata fondamentale a causa del mare sempre piuttosto mosso. Altro plus sono i tre bagni, uno per camera, la loro presenza fa la differenza....

Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen.
