Just 10 minutes from the Brenne Regional Natural Park and close to the most renowned birdwatching sites, you'll be 15 minutes from the picturesque Creuse Valley and an hour's drive from the famous Beauval Zoo. Among the must-see sites to discover: The Haute-Touche Nature Reserve, a haven of biodiversity. The majestic Château d'Azay-le-Ferron, with its enchanting gardens. The charming village and Château-Guillaume, a dive into medieval history. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a lover of historical heritage, or simply seeking tranquility, our region will charm you. In the charming village, you'll be welcomed into a renovated former stable, offering two comfortable gîtes. You can enjoy a shared unheated swimming pool (12 x 5 meters), open from May to September (weather permitting) and protected by a privacy screen. To the rear, a shared enclosed garden and a private terrace are at your disposal. Ground floor: Large living room with equipped kitchen Storage room WC Upstairs: Three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds) Shower room WC Heating is electric, billed according to consumption.
