Mijas Costa Vacations from $855

The 2 bed/2 bath suite is large with some updated features. The furnishings are low-end, but adequate. There is loads of hot water for showers/dishes. The bathrooms need a good cleaning with bleach to get rid of mold on the tile edges. The beds are basic and not very comfortable. The pillows are cheap/flat and 2 to a bed with a very thin duvet (no blankets). The towels, all two and a bathmat are thin and worn, but clean. Our "gift" consisted of a paper dish rag, one dishwasher tablet, and two pouches of dishsoap. There is ONE tea towel in the kitchen and 2 towels and a bath mat in each bathroom. Trying to find this hotel is not easy - signage is a real problem. We were there for two nights and it was okay given the price. Not sure if we would return.

Towels was minimal.

Overall good, would book again, but some staff better than others, check in rather slow, considering I did it online, plus had two people come just at the same time. Need more staff. Cleaning staff did clean the room daily, but kept leaving two towels, when it's 3 of us. Sofa bed was set up, so it was good. Too much renovation going on, you need to send an email if you do any renovation to let guests know. The pool is closed for the season, tried to go up to see the view, which is a shame. Left our bags, but toilet out of order, out flight was in the evening, did not let us use the toilet and said there is only one in the cafeteria, eventually let us use it, that was the worst part. Most staff good, but some worse than others.
