“This was a wonderful location for our family and dog to stay. The home was beautiful and the beach was lovely as well. It is quite a hike to the beach but there was a handy wagon there for our stay that we used to take things out to the beach. ”

“Beautiful little cottage with an amazing view. Bring your fishing rods. We caught some fish on Lake Van Etten. We swam in the water which was nice. There are stairs to get in and out of the water and when you go out towards the middle of lake the bottom is sand. Bring a roku stick as cable is provided. Washer and Dryer. Large kitchen. Plenty of pillows, sheets, blankets, towels etc. The hosts are wonderful! P.S. the train comes 2x at night.”

“We thought we had the most comfortable bed at home but we found this property has the GOAT of beds. I need one now. Erin is super nice and helpful, she brought us a freshly washed blanket and a home made bath soap that smelled divine! Soft towels that actually wrap around the body, clean and comfortable linens.Beach towels that were better than the one we have.The apartment was so clean and I know clean. We plan to stay here on a regular basis when in Tawas for our sailboat.”

“The house has a cool, retro type of decorating style and was very comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that they should give renters a heads up that the driveway is located off of a side road and not the main road. It was hard to find it. ”

“We had a nice time at the bungalow. Good shower and comfy beds. Very close to the state park. It's in a neighborhood and you can walk to the water (view, not swim). Would stay again.”

“Our stay at the Charming Lake Front Cabin was outstanding. It was the best view we have ever had in our 40 years coming to Hubbard Lake! The water is crystal clear. The stairs into the water off of the dock were amazing, my 80 year old mother was able to get into the water and swim! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the beds were comfortable. The master bedroom had spectacular views of the lake and was a stunning room. My family was of all ages, infant granddaughter to 89 year old...

We had some unforseen family complications that impacted our trip, and Robert was so very understanding and worked with us on some last minute trip changes. I can't thank you enough!
