The approximately 80-square-meter apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a beautiful historic building. It has undergone a very recent renovation that combines modern elements with reclaimed materials and is furnished with care and attention to detail.

All rooms feature parquet flooring, laid in the traditional herringbone pattern.

The windows are large and bright, and although the apartment is on the mezzanine level, it is very bright.

The fast Wi-Fi connection makes it ideal for those who need to work remotely.

The apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed, and 1 bathroom with a window and a bathtub.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for cooking. Two induction cooktops, an under-counter refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Of course, there are plenty of plates and glasses, as well as everything else you’ll need.

The bathroom is spacious and bright, thanks in part to the window overlooking the greenery of the inner courtyard. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, two of whom will sleep on the sofa bed.

A few days before your arrival, you’ll receive the contact information of the person who will be there to greet you upon arrival and with whom you can make arrangements.

Upon your arrival, we will hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

At check-in, you will be asked to present your ID card for registration purposes.

You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan)

For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax ID number.

We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time upon prior arrangement at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

During your stay, we will always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information regarding your stay in Milan.

Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, you must make arrangements regarding your check-in time.
