It’s also ideal for those visiting Milan for business or leisure, as it’s very well connected to the city center via Metro Line 3 (Yellow), which is just a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to Piazza del Duomo.



The apartment, which is approximately [size], consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a living area with a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed for two people if needed, and a bathroom with a window and a shower.

A washing machine and dryer round out the amenities, so you can travel light!

High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning make it ideal even for those who need to work remotely.

Three days before your arrival, you’ll receive a link to register your documents (required by law).

As soon as registration is complete, you’ll receive a second link—including a video and instructions—to access the apartment independently via self-check-in.

We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.

It is always necessary to submit a request for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.

We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance.

In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free.

During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.

Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you’re checking in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.
