Ideal for 4 people, this apartment of about 73 square meters is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a building, and it has been totally renovated and attractively refurbished in 2016; it is equipped with double-glazed windows and air conditioning in all environments and is very quiet, since it also lies in a quiet area, among the trees of the Via Fiuggi and the private garden of 22,100 sqm Wanda Osiris in Piazza Caserta.
The apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), a table for six, a TV area and a sofa. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with double bed, a chest of drawers, a chair and a wardrobe closet, and a single bedroom with a desk, 2-door closet and a balcony. The bathroom is provided with a bathtub and shower.
The apartment is tiled in every room except for the master bedroom, covered with parquet.
