On the first floor, there is a bright living room with a TV and a comfortable dining area, adjacent to a small kitchen. The living room opens onto a private terrace, furnished with a small table—an intimate retreat. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed that can be transformed into a bed for two additional guests, providing extra space and comfort during your stay. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase—an intimate and quiet space enhanced by windows overlooking the rooftops of Milan, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The apartment features Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or staying connected during your stay. We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors).
