Minha estadia foi razoável, ponto alto é a localização, pois fica perto da estação de metrô e fica próximo à Duomo (20 minutos a pé). Ponto negativo box do banheiro vaza água no chão, pia estava quebrada e limpeza fraca. Pelo preço, vale o custo benefício.

Difficult check in since their reception closed at 5pm and only opened from 9am. Their staff was also half an hour late to open for check-in. The room wasn’t very clean either. Noisy location.

We did not even get to stay here. The room was disgusting, mold, hair, dirty floors, bugs, and the toilet didn’t flush. We booked another place to get away from here and they wouldn’t even talk to us about it. They refused to reimburse us even though we didn’t stay there and told them immediately. They also are never in the office so it was impossible to even get into the building when you first get there. STAY AWAY!!

Glad I stayed here, worked for me. Great location! Reception hours are undependable and check in without can be a pain. Confirmation address and actual entry are conflicting and confusing. Kitchen was great but only 1 cup etc. Loved having a fridge. Floor was dirty, vents in bathroom horrendous. Hair drier impossible to use as too far up. Still, I’d go back.

Esto no es un hotel terrible que me tuvieron esperando tres horas y todo, porque me comuniqué por medio de Expedia que nadie me abría, no hay Recepcion y si la hay nunca la vi cuando llegué eran seis de la tarde y no había nadie que me recibiera, estuve afuera, esperando a que Expedia me resolviera Porque lo del hotel no contestaban. Después de tres horas. Expedia pudo comunicarse y a ellos le pasaron en qué departamento, y cómo podía sacar la llave, pero ellos nunca se tomaron a molestia de escribirme para darme estas indicaciones, y no tener que estar esperando a que Expedia lo resolviera. Pésimo yo no lo recomiendo. Si no quieres pasar un mal rato. Además no está tan cerca del centro y casi es media hora caminando, no se los recomiendo y yo para nada regresaría en cuestión de comodidad. No estaba mal, pero pesa más la mala atención, y ese servicio que me Dieron

Hôtel à éviter : compliqué d’accès : l’hôtel se trouve dans une rue où vous ne pouvez pas vous arrêter pour déposer vos bagages Bruyant : préparez vous à entendre votre voisin dans son intimité la plus totale… Et surtout sale : ça faisait longtemps Ue je n’avais pas vu un hôtel dans cet état : poubelle non vidée , sdb non nettoyée (pj les photos..) Et pour cause la pauvre personne de l’accueil est aussi celle qui fait le ménage, la pauvre…

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception for check-in. We tried calling the number that had been provided, but no one answered. We were only able to get into the hotel after some other guests let us into the foyer, where we then found the correct phone number to reach someone for check-in – incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Check-out was just as bad – once again, the reception was completely unmanned and we had no idea what to do. The room itself was very disappointing: it was loud, bleakly furnished, and overall uncomfortable. There was mold in the bathroom grout and the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. All in all, a very poor experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is good, staff was nice! However it was not as advertised on Expedia. It was difficult to find the entrance, doors were locked. When I finally managed to get in to the building after about 15 minutes, there was no one to check in with for 15-20 minutes and the building appeared to be completely empty. No phone calls were attended. I had to use 3 different keys to finally get into my room for 3 different doors. Room was not cleaned as advertised. Bathroom and blanket were both not cleaned. The only positive was the receptionist was nice and helpful.

Det er ikke et hotel men lejligheder. Da vi kom op på værelset, var der ingen sæbe hverken til at vaske hænder eller til kroppen. Der manglede også håndklæder. Da vi sagde det til personalet, var svaret, vi har ikke mere. Vi tog selv nogle håndklæder fra en vogn og selvom jeg skrev herinde og til hotellet, fik vi først sæbe den sidste dag om eftermiddagen. Værelset var pænt nok, men kopper og tallerkener var beskidte. Selve hotellet lå godt ift restauranten samt andet

Fantastic Location! This isn’t a full service hotel by any means. They came in once to service the room during my 3 night stay but didn’t refill the coffee pods or tea. But a fantastic place to stay…clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.
